I'm not a very experienced spa-goer, but I had a gift certificate and decided to check it out. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering plenty of advice on the best things for me to try. The massage areas looked heavenly and the vibe of the whole office was quite relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment I received and will be going back. Prices seemed pretty reasonable. A very cool thing is that there are true doctors and nurses on staff, so you can be confident that they won't lead you astray with a procedure that isn't right for you.
