It is a beautifully detailed Victorian three-story home which offers a unique setting for meetings, business luncheons, seminars (2-3 days), weddings and celebrations. The facility has numerous rooms of varied sizes serving groups from 20-200.

The Tea Room is open to the public serving delicious lunchs designed for businessmen and women, ladies' groups or leisure travelers looking for a special place to dine. Tours are welcome. Afternoon tea is held each Tuesday at 3 p.m. (reservations required). The Propylaeum Club can satisfy any desired menu from casual to fine dining.
